What is Yoga?
Yoga has become a universal practice in so much that even the word ‘yoga’ has become a part of the regular English vocabulary. Most who practice yoga would not even know that the word yoga is from the ancient Sanskrit language from India. For many, the common understanding for the word ‘yoga’ is a practice of physical postures that brings with it numerous benefits, mainly at the physical level including:
- Strength
- Balance
- Flexibility
- Anti Aging and,
- Curing of Illness & Disease
These are no doubt wonderful things to experience in the body, however there is much more to be experienced through yoga.
